About the Urgent Care Center

“Urgent Care Medicine (UCM) is the provision of immediate medical service offering outpatient care for the treatment of acute and chronic illness and injury. It requires a broad and comprehensive fund of knowledge to provide such care. Urgent Care Medicine concentrates on the evaluation and treatment of acutely arising conditions in all age groups. Urgent care specialists often first diagnose chronic conditions, generally with referrals to primary care physicians” (American Academy of Urgent Care Medicine).

Heartland Medicine Urgent Care Center will treat you with respect and skill, and will charge you a reasonable fee for the services you receive. Urgent care visits are on a walk-in basis.

Payment is expected at time of service. Payment methods include cash, check, credit/debit card, PayPal, or health savings account.

If you would like to complete the “intake” process prior to your urgent care visit (and save time when you reach the clinic), you may complete the form linked below. In the “branch” field, select “Heartland Medicine – URGENT CARE” option.
